Wouldn’t honor discount
"Vitacost had a one day 30%off sale. In that time they did maintenance on the site. I spent one hour trying to get my order through. My items are still in my cart. When I phoned the customer service number I was told that the promotion was over. When I explained what had happened they said SORRY. I order about every two weeks for years and that is the way they treat their customers??? BAD BAD BAD"

Great company
"I placed an online order with smilox And received the product within three days. The mailer had been damaged in shipping with two tubes of teeth Whitener leaking. Wrote to the company and received a replacement for the damaged product in two days. What wonderful customer service! Will have no worries doing business with this company. True they do not have a phone number but you Get an immediate response online. Thank you"
